Our vacation home - the perfect retreat for families
Our 200 square meter vacation home can accommodate up to eight people. This vacation home is therefore ideal for larger families and other groups, but can also be booked by a smaller number of people.
Even couples enjoy the luxury of our vacation home, as it has a large garden with two terraces. One is covered, so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Another special feature is the whirlpool. During the summer months, you can take a relaxing bubble bath in it on the terrace.
If you are hungry afterwards, there is a gas barbecue at your disposal.
Alternatively, you can visit the nearby Restaurant Krone or prepare a delicious meal yourself in the modern kitchen. In addition to the usual appliances and plenty of crockery, you will even find an Italian portafilter machine that brews your coffee from freshly ground coffee beans.
Recreation, culture or sports – in the Allgäu Alps each of our guests spends a wonderful time
Our vacation home offers you maximum comfort and is the perfect retreat for an active vacation. It is also a good starting point for excursions into the Allgäu Alps, exploring the sights and sporting activities from hiking to cycling and skiing.
After a day on the slopes, enjoy the crackling wood in the open fireplace in the living room with your family or friends and bring the day to a slow close with a board game, for example. Cable TV, Wi-Fi and free Netflix access are also available. Even in the winter months, you will therefore spend a very varied vacation in the mountains in the Alpenchalet Allgäu.
Vacation with your dog – four-legged friends are also welcome here.
Hike through the beautiful countryside, see the Neuschwanstein Castle and the residential town of Kempten or take a pedal boat trip across the Alpsee. You can also tennis and golf can also be played in the surrounding area during the summer months. Even during a longer stay, there is a new and interesting activity for every day.

We ask you not to smoke in the entire house. There are two free parking spaces on the property. The bringing of pets is allowed. The vacation home is available from 15.00 on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the house from 10.00 am.

The vacation apartments offer charming surroundings with a variety of leisure activities. Within walking distance you will find the Restaurant Kronewhich offers guests culinary variety and local specialties.
The church in Stein is an attraction worth seeing in the area. In the Middle Ages, the church tower was a watchtower belonging to Laubenberg Castle castle.
The Iller offers numerous opportunities for recreation – whether walking along the riverside paths, cycling on the Iller cycle path or simply lingering and enjoying nature.
For nature lovers, the immediate vicinity of the vacation apartment offers a wealth of hiking trails with an easy level of difficulty. This allows guests to explore the picturesque landscape on foot, enjoy the fresh air and experience the beauty of nature.

Arrival by car – parking spaces directly at the vacation home
The most convenient way to reach our vacation home in the Allgäu is by car. The address is:

The vacation home is conveniently located near the B19 and is only about 25 minutes away from Kempten. You can also reach us quickly and easily from Munich, Ulm or Lindau.
There are two free parking spaces available directly at the vacation home – ideal if you are traveling with several people or a lot of luggage. So you can start your vacation in the Allgäu Alps stress-free.
Arrival by public transport – vacation home near Immenstadt train station
You can also get here without a car: the nearest train station is Immenstadt im Allgäu – well connected to cities such as Munich, Augsburg and Ulm. The train station is only about 2.5 kilometers from the vacation home.
Onward travel is possible by cab, bus or on foot if you have light luggage. The walk from the station to the accommodation takes around 30-35 minutes through beautiful countryside. Alternatively, local bus connections are also available – we will be happy to help you with the planning or organize a cab on request.
Tip for guests without a car – Mobile in the Allgäu
If you are traveling without a car, we recommend bringing a bike or renting one on site. This way you can flexibly discover the diverse nature around Immenstadt, the Großer Alpsee and the Alpsee-Grünten hiking area – directly from your vacation apartment.

Good, friendly communication. Great house in a beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped! In the basement, a few mosquito nets in front of the windows would be good. Then it would be easier to ventilate.
