Welcome to our enchanting vacation apartment! Experience pure comfort in a renovated oasis. The heavenly 200×200 box-spring bed guarantees restful nights, while the balcony with a view of lush green tones and a picturesque garden invites you to relax.
Enjoy your morning coffee with the Nespresso machine. Immerse yourself in an unforgettable stay, characterized by comfort, charm and an idyllic setting. The accommodation The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed 200×200 (was renewed Oct 2023) pillows and comforters are equipped with high quality feather bedding. As well as a cozy two-seater sofa that invites you to watch TV.
The apartment was modernized in 2022. The bathroom is equipped with a hand basin, large mirror, WC and a walk-in rain shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules for initial equipment available), kettle, 2-plate gas stove, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment basic equipment and a table with two chairs. The balcony is furnished with a small French table and two balcony chairs. There is a clothes rail with hanger and storage space in the hallway.
If desired, a crib / high chair can be offered.
The accommodation is powered by 100% green electricity (wind, solar, bio mass).
Care products / hand dishwashing detergents are refilled and we use glass bottles in some cases. We offer our guests free Netflix. There is an HDMI cable on the Smart TV for your streaming services.
Numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area: hiking, swimming in the Alpsee, biking, ice bathing in the Iller, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, golf, tennis, SUP, pedal boating on the Alpsee, a visit to the residential town of Kempten and a trip to Neuschwanstein Castle.

Accessibility: Please note that the Alpenchalet is accessible without stairs. The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. If you have specific questions about accessibility, please contact us in advance to ensure that your individual needs can be met.
Our apartment is regularly treated with an ozone device to improve the air quality and reduce allergenic particles. The vinyl floors in the apartment are washable.
The beds are equipped with high-quality feather bedding. We are happy to provide you with allergy-friendly polyester comforters and pillows on request – just let us know before you arrive.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. If you have any special requirements, please contact us in advance.

The church in Stein is an attraction worth seeing in the area. In the Middle Ages, the church tower was a watchtower belonging to Laubenberg Castle castle.
The Iller offers numerous opportunities for recreation – whether walking along the riverside paths, cycling on the Iller cycle path or simply lingering and enjoying nature.
For nature lovers, the immediate vicinity of the vacation apartment offers a wealth of hiking trails with an easy level of difficulty. This allows guests to explore the picturesque landscape on foot, enjoy the fresh air and experience the beauty of nature.
