BOOKING CONDITIONS ALPENCHALETS ALLGÄU

THE FOLLOWING BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORM PART OF THE ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT BETWEEN THE GUEST AND STEINFELS-MAYER GBR. – “ALPENCHALET ALLGÄU” AND REGULATE THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE GUEST AND “ALPENCHALETS ALLGÄU” IN ADDITION TO THE STATUTORY PROVISIONS.

1. prices and services

The prices stated on our websites are final prices including statutory VAT and all additional costs, unless otherwise stated. All prices are exclusive of the visitor’s tax https://www.alpsee-gruenten.de/kurbeitrag Prices for firewood for the fireplace in the vacation home can be found in the current price list in the vacation home. Prices for the use of the washing machine can be found in the current price list in the laundry room. If the apartment / vacation home / vacation apartment is found to be excessively dirty, we will charge the cost of cleaning or repairing / purchasing new items and equipment. At least an administration fee of 70.- Euro. Alpenchalet Allgäu may require a deposit for the rented property. The guest must park in the parking spaces provided free of charge according to the information folder/welcome email. Additional vehicles must be registered. Depending on capacity, Alpenchalets Allgäu can rent out additional parking spaces at a rate of 30 euros per vehicle per day. Vouchers are valid once per promotion. Rebooking of an existing booking 70.- Euro per case. In case of key loss the complete locking system must be replaced by Alpenchalets Allgäu.

2. payment

The due date for payment of the deposit, balance and security deposit depends on the agreement made between the guest and “Alpenchalets Allgäu”. If no special agreement has been made, the entire accommodation price, including charges for additional costs and additional services, must be paid at the beginning of the stay. Payments must be made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. 3. withdrawal or non-arrival

Cancellation or non-arrival is based on the agreement made between the guest and “Alpenchalets Allgäu”. If no special agreement has been made, the following applies: Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to four weeks before arrival. Cancellations made in the period < 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged at the following cancellation rates: 80% for overnight stays if the apartment cannot be rebooked for this period.Cancellation or no-show < 1 week before arrival we charge 100%. In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% cancellation costs are due. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Alternatively, you can also “book online” to the cancellation form

4. right of withdrawal

We hereby inform you that in the case of contracts for the provision of accommodation services in accordance with Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), the consumer has no right of withdrawal and that this means that you as a consumer can no longer withdraw your declaration of intent.

5. arrival and departure

Arrival should take place between 15:00 and 20:00. The following applies to later arrivals: The guest must notify “Alpenchalets Allgäu” by the agreed time of arrival at the latest if he/she is arriving late or, in the case of stays lasting several days, only wishes to move into the booked accommodation on the following day. If no notification is made in due time, “Alpenchalets Allgäu” is entitled to book the accommodation elsewhere. For the period of non-occupancy, the provisions in section 3 apply. We request departure by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. A late check-out for our apartment is bookable. (Use of the apartment until 6 p.m., only bookable at short notice) On the day of departure, the apartment must be left in a tidy condition, used dishes must be cleaned, garbage / bottles must be disposed of.

6 Smoking and animals

Smoke-free in all rooms of the Alpenchalet (in the Alpenchalet 1st floor /Grüntenblick the smoking ban also applies on the roof terrace. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms of the Alpenchalets Allgäu. Animals are not permitted. Exceptions are vacation homes/apartments with balcony. There the first animal is free of charge for the stay, each additional animal costs 15.- Euro per day and animal. Animals do not belong on the sofa or in the beds. If the apartment is found to be excessively soiled by the animal(s), we will charge the cost of cleaning or repairing/repurchasing new items and furnishings. At least an administration fee of 70.- Euro. Maximum occupancy of animals: – Apartment maximum 1 animal, vacation home maximum 2 animals.

7. use of electricity for electric vehicles

Charging electric vehicles (e.g. e-cars, plug-in hybrids, e-scooters) via the vacation apartment’s power supply is not permitted. This applies to all sockets inside and outside the accommodation, unless the landlord has given his express written consent.

In the event of a breach, a contractual penalty of €50 per charging process will be due. In addition, we reserve the right to charge separately for any electricity costs and damage incurred.
