With a large bathroom with bath, shower and two washbasins and a small separate WC, a large kitchen (fully equipped) and a cosy living room with wood-burning fireplace, you are well equipped for a stress-free holiday. ... Sitting cosily by the fire in the evening by candlelight? We make that possible!

With a large bathroom newly renovated 2020 with bathtub, rain shower and a small separate toilet, a new large kitchen, renovated 2022 fully equipped with Italian sieve carrier machine from Bezzera, coffee grinder and 4 plate gas cooker, as well as a cosy living room with wood burning fireplace for an extra charge, you are well equipped for a stress-free holiday. A large garden with two large terraces, one covered and one shaded, round off the arrangement. Simply get away from the stress of everyday life and into pure happiness. Because your well-being is important to us.

A gas barbecue in the garden. Relax in our exclusive 6-seater hot tub on the terrace, which offers a refreshing oasis during the summer months (June to August).

Notes

We ask you not to smoke in the entire house. Free parking is available on the property. You will find the location in the guest folder. Pets are allowed in the house. Maximum 2 animals. Costs for bringing a pet from the 2nd animal = 10,00 Euro/per day. Pets are not allowed in the bed or on the sofa. If the holiday home is excessively dirty and is not left in a tidy condition, we will charge double the cleaning fee. The holiday home is available from 15.00 on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the house from 10.00 am. To check out, simply leave the key on the table.

For nature enthusiasts, the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat offers a wealth of hiking trails of easy difficulty. This allows guests to explore the picturesque landscape on foot, enjoy the fresh air and experience the beauty of nature. The hiking trails could lead to various destinations, be it to viewpoints, to nearby lakes or through idyllic forests. Hiking maps are available in the holiday flat.
