About the Accommodation

Welcome to our enchanting holiday flat! Experience pure comfort in a renovated oasis. The heavenly 200x200 box-spring bed guarantees restful nights, while the balcony with views of lush greenery and a picturesque garden invites you to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee with the Nespresso machine. Immerse yourself in an unforgettable stay, characterised by comfort, charm and idyllic surroundings. The accommodation The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed 200x200 (was renewed Oct 2023) pillows and duvets are equipped with high quality feather bedding. As well as a cosy two-seater sofa that invites you to watch TV. The apartment was modernised in 2022. The bathroom is equipped with a hand basin, large mirror, WC and a walk-in rain shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules for initial equipment available), kettle, 2-plate gas hob, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment basic equipment and a table with two chairs. The balcony is furnished with a small French table and two balcony chairs. There is a clothes rail with hanger and storage space in the corridor. A cot / high chair can be provided if required. The accommodation is powered by 100% green electricity (wind, solar, bio mass). Care products / hand dishwashing detergents are refilled and we use glass bottles in some cases. We offer our guests free Netflix and Disney+. There is an HDMI cable on the Smart TV for your streaming services. Numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area: hiking, swimming in the Alpsee, biking, ice bathing in the Iller, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, golf, tennis, SUP, pedal boating on the Alpsee, a visit to the residential town of Kempten, an excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle..
